1. All Sales Are Final

Due to health, safety, and regulatory reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used products
  • Products with broken or tampered packaging

2. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is:

3. Packaging & Seal Requirement (STRICT)

  • Products showing any signs of opening, tampering, or damage to the seal will void all eligibility for refunds, replacements, or claims

Failure to provide clear photo evidence of unbroken vacuum seals will result in denial of the claim.

4. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the item
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet our policy requirements.

5. Non-Delivery / Lost Packages

Once an order is shipped and handed to the carrier:

  • Vertex Exotics LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Customers must:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • File any necessary claims with the carrier

If tracking shows “delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Require additional shipping fees for reshipment
